Authority to Act

Our services are only provided once a valid Authority to Act has been signed by the client. We are an independent service provider and not affiliated with ASIC, state governments, or any treasury departments. We act as an authorised representative to assist in recovering funds on your behalf.

Fees and Payments

All fees and charges are set out in the Service Agreement entered into with each client. Fees are only payable once a recovery has been successfully processed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No Guarantee of Outcome

While every effort is made to recover funds on behalf of clients, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. The success of each recovery depends on information provided, agency requirements, and other factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us for the relevant service. We do not accept responsibility for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Australia. By accessing this website, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia for any disputes arising in connection with these Terms.
